Business Promotion - Events Calendar
A new initiative has been produced by the Fraser Coast Council Events team and Fraser Coast South Burnett Tourism to help promote events and offers!
Simply put, the concept is to grow the visitor numbers to our region using events as a hook. Instead of fighting over market share within the region, what about growing our market and therefore our customer numbers?
What You Need To Do:
Each month you will be able to download a template outlining upcoming events in our region with a space for you to add a "special" and your call to action located at the top left of the page. Then, send it to your data base of past customers/clients, this will serve to remind them about the region and hopefully spark enough interest for them to return.
You are NOT being asked to share your data base JUST send an email to your previous and potential customers every month. The template you will download contain links to www.frasercoastevents.com.au and http://www.frasercoastholidays.info sites, allowing people easy access to investigate offers further.
If you as a tourism professional support this initiative and do your bit, this concept should quickly grow our product awareness and visitor numbers to the region and to your business.
